Professional Firefighter

You may apply for Professional Firefighter specialty plates if you are a member of the International Association Of Fire Fighters. A specialty plate fee of $30 is charged in addition to the regular registration fee and other applicable fees. From the $30 specialty license plate fee, $22 goes to the Texas Commission on Fire Protection to make grants for providing emergency relief and college scholarship funds to professional firefighters and their dependents.
