Purple Heart Recipient

You may apply for a Purple Heart motorcycle plate if you are a recipient of the Purple Heart medal. An annual $3 fee is collected for the first plate. If you want additional plates, there is no fee per plate payable to TxDMV, but you must pay your regular registration fee and other applicable fees.
