You may apply for a Congressional Medal of Honor motorcycle license plate if you are a Congressional Medal of Honor medal recipient. No annual fee is collected for this plate. Additional plates are free, but you must pay your regular registration fee and other applicable fees. The surviving spouse of the Congressional Medal of Honor recipient can continue to register one motorcycle with this plate as long as the spouse remains unmarried. The plate is mailed directly to the applicant.
