A motorcycle, regardless of size, weight, or year of manufacture, that was manufactured for use in any country's military forces and is restored and maintained to accurately represent its military design and markings. The vehicle may be used only for parades, club activities, exhibitions, and other functions of public interest and may not be used for regular transportation.

Former Military Vehicle plates are issued for five-year periods. The registration fee for the five-year period is $50.00 ($10 per year) for vehicles manufactured in 1921 and subsequent years and $40.00 ($8 per year) for vehicles manufactured in 1920 and prior years. Fees are reduced $10/$8 for each year of the period that has elapsed at the time the application is filed.
