Disabled Veteran - Distinguished Flying Cross

You may apply for Disabled Veteran - Distinguished Flying Cross Medal license plates for your car or truck motorcycle if you are certified by the Veterans Administration to have a 50 percent service related disability or 40 percent due to amputation of a lower extremity, AND you were awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross medal. You will be charged an annual fee of $3 for the first set of plates. There is no fee for additional sets of plates, but you will be required to pay the regular registration and other applicable annual fees.
