Disabled Veteran - Army Distinguished Service Cross

You may apply for Disabled Veteran - Army Distinguished Service Cross license plates for your car or truck if you are certified by the Veterans Administration to have a 50 percent service-related disability or 40 percent due to amputation of a lower extremity, AND you were awarded the Army Distinguished Service Cross medal. You will be charged an annual fee of $3 for the first set of plates. There is no fee for additional sets of plates, but you will be required to pay the regular registration and other applicable annual fees.
