Pearl Harbor Survivor

Two plates are issued for cars or light trucks owned by a veteran who was a member of the U.S. Armed Forces stationed in the Hawaiian Islands during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. An annual $3 fee is collected for the first set of plates. If you want additional sets, there is no fee per set payable to TxDMV, but you must pay your regular registration fee and other applicable fees.
