Former Prisoner of War

You may apply for a set of Former Prisoner of War license plates for your car or light truck if you were captured and incarcerated by an enemy of the U.S. during a period of conflict with the U.S. An annual $3 fee is collected for the first set of plates. There is no fee to apply for the second set of plates, but you must pay the regular registration fee and other applicable fees.
