U.S. Army

Two plates are issued for cars and light trucks owned by active or former members of the U.S. Army. No fees are charged other than the regular registration fee and other applicable fees according to the vehicle classification.

Order by Mail

Mail a completed application with fee to your county tax office. Due to the redesign of this plate, it can be personalized with a maximum of 6 alpha/numeric characters (not 8 as the application form indicates).

Order by Fax

To obtain a faxed copy, call toll free at (888) 232-7033 and enter fax form number (0424) and a return fax number when prompted.
