Methods of Payment for Motor Carrier Fees

Customers may pay their motor carrier fees by several payment options:

Credit cards are accepted for all motor carrier electronic and faxed applications. A non-fundable processing fee will be charged.

A Permit Account Card (PAC) may be used to for TxDMV motor carrier fees by establishing a FirstPay account through Frost Bank San Antonio with funds adequate to cover permit and motor carrier registration fees. Once funds are in the account, you are issued a Permit Account Card. The cost of this service is charged to your account.
